- Single Room with ensuite has a minimum Refundable Accommodation Deposit of $550,000 or a minimum Daily Accommodation Payment of $126.27.

- Single Room only has a minimum Refundable Accommodation Deposit of $500,000 or a minimum Daily Accommodation Payment of $114.79.
Shared Room only

- Shared Room Only has a minimum Refundable Accommodation Deposit of $350,000 or a minimum Daily Accommodation Payment of $80.36
Refundable Accommodation Deposit / Daily Accommodation Payment there is a contribution of $56.87 towards the basic daily care fee.
