- A minimum Refundable Accommodation Deposit of $375,000 or a minimum Daily Accommodation Payment of $85.68
Single Room

- A minimum Refundable Accommodation Deposit of $350,000 or a minimum Daily Accommodation Payment of $79.97
Shared Room
$67.41per day
- A minimum Refundable Accommodation Deposit of $295,000 or a minimum Daily Accommodation Payment of $67.41
Addition to Refundable Accommodation Deposit / Daily Accommodation Payment, there is a contribution of $60.86 towards the Basic Daily Care Fee.
The Government will assess your income and advise of your subsidy entitlements and the balance, if any, of fees you may need to pay.
